    Bali, fortunately was completely untouched by the December 26th quake that caused death and injuries in western Indonesia, Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Maldives and India. Bali is located 2,500 kilometers to the east of the earthquake epicenter, therefore Bali was unscathed by this tsunami disaster.
